DELIVERY FAQs

1     Does Come & Shop deliver to addresses outside Australia?

No - at this stage Come & Shop only delivers to addresses in Australia. However this could change in the future.

2     Is there a requirement to sign for delivery?

Yes there is a requirement for a signature to be provided before the parcel is handed over.

Both DHL Express and Australia Post require a signature so that a formal receipt for your parcel is obtained from the recipient.

If a signature is not possible at your nominated delivery address, your parcel will be taken to a nearby Post Office where you can sign for and pick it up.

This way security of delivery is maximised

3     What other precautions are taken to ensure security of delivery?

You as the customer are kept in the picture. Once we have received your order you will be sent an order confirmation by email.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a further email telling you your parcel has been shipped and providing you with a tracking number so that you can track the parcel's progress from point of supply to the point of delivery.

4     Is the system of ordering, purchasing and delivery safe?

We have put in place a range of processes that maximize safety for you as the customer.

We and the organizations with which we work do all in our power to make the system of ordering and delivery 100% safe and secure.

A 100% secure service makes for 100% happy customers.

5     Can I change my shipping address?

Before your item is packaged and shipped it is possible to change the shipping address.

Simply contact Come & Shop by email, or by phone to amend your shipping instructions.

Once your parcel has began its journey to you, it is not possible to change the destination.
